We visited another farm!

This week at Barefoot Acres Farm School, we were reminded again why learning on the farm is just so special.

This week we took class on the road and visited another local farm — and the kids had an absolute blast! From exploring strawberry fields, tractor rides, planting sunflowers and asking curious questions, it was the perfect reminder that farms are living classrooms full of discovery.

Field trips like this remind us that farms are truly living classrooms. They spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and help children connect the dots between what they learn and how the real world works.

Farm learning builds confidence, curiosity, work ethic, and wonder. And honestly… there’s just something joyful about muddy boots, fresh air, and learning together in God’s creation.

We can’t wait to see what Spring Semester brings at Barefoot Acres.
